the spark table looks a bit jumpy, might be worth smoothing it out a bit.
with my experience of tuning a big cammed V8 it needed more fuel anywhere below about 2000rpm to be happy, like 14.2 AFR ....
but you'll get there with time.
below i have attached a file, it was a 304, 10.5:1 compression, big crow cam, the injectors were bigger than stock, so it might only be useful to reference the ve and spark settings.... this $12P was a copy of the $11 tune it was running and converted to $12P, but it didn't ever get driven on this tune only the $11 version of it .... anyways if you want to use it to see what the VE and spark tables i ended up with your welcome to it .... but if you do try the tune at the very minimum i'd put your injector rate into it.

Increased the transient IAC steps to help with the slowing to a stop trouble. Going on that log the wideband is following pretty good maybe look at some of the AE at higher RPM and maybe look at lowering the idle VE still too. It's idling with some fairly high IAC steps maybe open the throttle stop a bit more as well.
I can have a play with the VE from a log of this one if you want and try some different AFR's too, get a log from cold and see how consistent it is.
Hopefully it's a bit more driveable on this one.
Ill do the idle changes etc, run a log and get back to you!

Just went for a drive with Dylans tune.
Heres the initial start and warm up, along with the hunting idle at the end.
I then did a 3rd gear WOT run.
Seemed down on power compared to yesterday, but that might have been because it was smoother than my terrible spark map
After stopping, I tried to smooth out the idle by playing with idle spark / ve and 'kinda' got it stable as long as I didnt touch the brake or the thermos didnt kick in.
I then bumped the whole spark table up by about 3 degrees and went for another drive, with another partial 3rd gear run.....I was starting to get some lean conditions which confused me until I realised I was nearly out of fuel
Unfortunately, I cant seem to rid myself of the hunting idle issue, even thou the VE seems pretty good in that area now.
I tried to 'crawl' again... didnt end well....ahaha
Heres the tune I ended up with... It seems like changing the spark map, has also put the VE map out.....does that sound right ? I guess ive tuned my VE to a terrible spikey spark map.

i don't have enough time to look at your logs, but i can tell you changing the spark can offset fuelling a little bit.
as for the hunting, there might be some IAC settings you can change to help that, i will see if i can dig the info up when i get time.
once thing i have found though with big cams, you want to get the butterfly open more and have low IAC stepps at warm idle, this helps to stop the iac running away with hunting issues ....

IAC steps is important as Holden202T said. From memory you have around 40. I'd aim for 10 steps max on a warm idle. 80deg plus coolant temp.
I'll look over your logs tomorrow night. Just watch the timing higher number's will make the bunny hopping worse. The numbers I had in weren't shy by any means more will make the bunny hopping worse. Lower number's will help that. When the VE is better we will richen it up to a 14:1 AFR that might tame it some more too.
