Well someone needs to fix the Aust Post system. I posted an express post bag yesterday and it says it's not yet been scanned so I setup an account to get email updates and guess what. When I click on the button to register (this was in the email I got 1 hr ago) it says cannot do because I didn't do it within 3 days. Maybe what I consider a day is very different to what Australia post think. In my opinion Bloody Hopeless.

They are fucking hopeless. I got 2 express packages lost for good from Dellow conversions and the 3rd one they sent got lucky but still took more than a week to arrive.

So it cost me time and money (my car was down so I couldn't go to work) and got Dellow conversions money and time sending out and loosing 2 items for the one they sold.

Also a lot of the couriers are useless these days. Took toll 6 weeks to deliver a TPS from Moorabin to my place, a 1 hour drive. The useless pricks some how sent it all the way to QLD depot and then back down to VIC and then the courier driver couldn't find my address because they were looking in a completely different town.

I've have no issues with aust post and I love that star track is part of them as they leave my parcels at the newsagents up the road which has hours that suit me  :D

My local auspost turd pulls up in the driveway and sticks the no-one home letter in the letterbox ! I've watched out the window calling him all sorts of names ! No use complaining at post office as they laugh and say everyone says that but there contractors. At least with couriers they leave the note at the front door, because your not home ! If it gets there lol

I got a contractor sacked. He was dropping off parcels without getting a signature. Got him when he dropped of a parcel that had to be signed for but it was a totally different address. I went to the post office and asked "is this to be signed for" "yes". I said "well who signed for it and left it at my address"? They were gob smacked and I never saw him again after that day. I thought after I should have kept it and let the shit hit the fan.

I bought a washing machine pump for my brother few months ago. Was send via a courier and it never turned up. I checked the tracking and it was delivered and signed for by someone in Geelong.

One thing I find is my sister will order things for the horses (hoof clippers was the last thing) that aren't light or small and they will deliver them and leave them in our roadside mailbox. I order small things, don't need a signature or anything like that (e.g. a cable for my computer so I could hook up another fan) and they leave a card telling me I've got to go into town (I live 1/2 an hour out) to pick it up. :x

Please don't think I'm having a go at you, I didn't know you worked for them. I think the CEO needs to donate 90% of his wages to fix systemic problems.

I find people like that are great to work with. I hate working with people who think they don't need to take care with the things they do, they are the same people who think the rest of us owe them a favour. Way to many kids leave school nowadays thinking all they need to do is go to Centrelink and others will keep them in the lifestyle they are accustomed to.

I didn't want to get started on things like that :hmm:
