No success. I did change the driveline ratio constant to get the logging speed accurate and now the speed sit on 20km/h when the car is stationary. Looks like I need to start again from scratch.

Can you post your bin? What changes from a standard cal are you trying to make?

Update. I just reloaded the BIN file into a memcal with a flash chip and it's working fine. I have the std HSV BIN file in the old eprom and it's also working fine so I must have got corrupted data during the upload. TNX for the help and comments.
