I have an obdlink SX (two of them ,actually; one stock and one from Trifecta), and cannot get it to do ANYTHING with PCM hammer. I gave up on it months ago. Any tips on what I need to even start playing around with it? Is the source available as well?

[Edit] Just read on another thread your Pcm is a E78, that ECU is not compatible with PcmHammer ...
Please try PcmHammer 12 and then attach a Full debug log to a post here so we can see was up ...

my obdx pro turned up so was stoked to get it up and running. pc can see it after drivers installed. sweet. open pc hammer it recognizes the adapter and all is good. go a read properties and nada. no communications. p59 came out if my 2005 adventra. has a tune from when i got it.
could it be locked and if so wtf do i do now? ( its on bench)

OBD2 pin 16 to: Blue PCM pin 20 (Full time 12v)
Ground
OBD2 pin 4,5 to: Blue PCM pin 60 (Many other pins tied to ground)
OBD2 Pin 2 to: Blue PCM pin 59 (serial data line)
Note: Blue PCM connector pins 19,20,59,60 are next to each other

Pin 58 and 59 are tied internally so either works. That's a nice drawing in your link. I kept a copy

Hi all,
Are you sure the data line from PCM is connected to DLC pin 7?
If so, it should be on pin 2 instead.

ok great i was following other instructions for the wiring and lead me down the wrong path.
i will fix this tonight and have another go.
