Yeah possibly, I was having trouble before that to though. Is there a way of fixing it? Or do I need a new one?

Just needs reprogrammed with a chip burner the cheap TL866 II on ebay works good

Got it all sorted thanks mate, local shop ended up re-loading it for me. Think I might get one myself anyway way though.
