Look at it like this, If the OS changed one BIT, GM would have changed the OsID. Seriously, they change the ID for seriously stupid simple reasons.

That means the change would have to be in the Calibration ... Thus all a tuner has to do is make the appropriate adjustments and presto you get what you want.

Have a look at the file you posted with joukoy's tools.

Hi Hath
Here is another one that was converted to a bin. I was from a 5.3l
Hope it helps out there. It was downloaded in another format and converted to a .bin from a P59 pcm. Not to sure if I am allowed to.
