thought id try one of the 3 digit pin ecus i have here. it pulls out the 3 digit code but doesn't reset it. i think we'll just have to get over those ones

I have never seen a 3 digit pin linked ecu
I have linked and ecu with a pim that had all 0x00 and then reset it with 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00
Maybe i can send you a version that doesnt delete the sram data file
Then we can see what it places there and then i can adapt the code to suit

Bought an E69 ecu today
successfully used the same method to read the code

So thats E55, E77 and E69 done
Resetting is easy but linking E77 and E69 will require learning to use SWCAN on a J2534 to do the immobiliser relearn with the TDM and ECU together

If you can have it output the raw view from the sram for the immo, I wonder if this can help fix the brand new ecu I have here which cannot be properly 'unlocked' either. I believe it has some weird hex values in the immo spot so bruteforcing does not work.
