figured i would mention that, at this time, universal patcher and this XDF disagree on VATS and VTD configuration. Not sure on which side the issue is but it sounds like this XDF has been vetted with commercial tools.
details: set vtd config to 1 (none) in universal patcher
open in bin in tunerpro with this xdf
vats will say 1 (PWM)
vtd config unchanged

EFI Live says 0 = Class2, 1 = None.

I took two bins, before and after a crank relearn. I see a difference from 0x603f to 0x6e8f. How to do you figure out what this data is and how to display it with the XDF?

0x6000 is the param block, its not a segment that is usually edited on the PC. Rather the PCM persists data, like crank relearn, there. Universal patcher is probably the tool that can make the most sense of it. But you would not normally manually edit it, you'd repeat the CASE relearn procedure and let the PCM update it.
