P10 VATS Delete

They go by many names, P01, P59, VPW, '0411 etc. Also covering E38 and newer here.

Byte swapping explains it.

Do you use external programmer for flashing or there is some other reason for byteswap.

winols project opens fine with some custom tools I have, but not much to look in there yet.

It will be great if more people starts working on p10 pcm. There are tons of undefined data.
