E92(A) ECU parameter mapping

They go by many names, P01, P10, P12, P59, E38, VPW, '0411 etc.

Having the bin is good. You ever used Ghidra or IDA?
ive tried, but with little luck... i got 4.10.7? to read from my file and that have 1 of the catalyst tables, but no rear o2 dissable or alike.
Yea i can't recomend HPT at all currently... shitty support when asking about this, deleted posts, and all the "updates" that removed allready developed tecs.. oh and Serial wideband where you can't chose a COM post so if you have anything other than a HPT and a wideband it refuses to work and generaly spotty....

i had hoped i culd use the table names of EFI live to see what in the BIN it was referencing, but with no luck...

It's not that simple. GHuggins on the hp forum has a growing collection of gen 5 definitions for the things you're after. If he has one for your OS I'm sure he'd sell it to you.

It's a little bit of licensing but you should be able to open the modified BIN up in EFILive to write to the truck. EFILive likely has the tables you need. And if not you can add them back with CAX files just like you can User Defined in HPTuners. CAX files are a bit more intuitive as it places the parameters in the main editor rather than in a special window that you still can't compare files within.
