Yes correct 12p and 2 bar and yes fuel pressure is set at 43 psi to give me 60 lb on the injectors

Having trouble seeing the log but looking at the list it's showing continual 12 degrees retard with lots of knock counts and the wideband and O2 sensor show some very lean swings but I don't know why I can't see the log display. I'll have to play around a bit.

Check this thread here and make sure the injector bias is set up and see how that helps. You can try single file mode flag, that may also help. Beyond that I think we'll need to see the bin. If the VEs are close to what calc VE is saying, then the problem is likely injector hardware. But there are other things that could be wrong like map sensor configuration.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Would using the apnx bin instead of the blcd bin change anything? Its a 305 ecu that happened to be in an 082 case so i wasnt sure if it was an apnx or blcd if not ill go make sure everything you said is set right and get my injectors tested

I thought you wrer using 12P? You can't use a BLCD Bin with 12P that I know of.

Start with the blcd v6 bin from the 12p folder .key on and start logging and see what the map sensor baro reading is and make sure there's no error codes.
Did you set the flags for 2 bar map sensor correctly

here is the datalog of the most recent start i put in the correct kinjflow value for my injectors which is 0.427 and it ran on that which it hasnt done before i also put in the table for my injector bias vs battery voltage and my cranking bpw tables and got that set well and set the flag for the 2 bar map sensor and thats all ive touched on this tune so far still standard ve and spark tables.
it started and idled very well no dramas but when i went to rev it up in neutral no load it still tried to run rough, not as bad as previously but still not great. i also noticed that the knock retard value maxxed out at some point through the rev so im not sure why that happened unless ive got a faulty knock sensor or my spark table is that wrong. but my map pressure seems right so i dont think theres any issues with that and no error codes that i know of

At least it runs now. There is no more knock retard and when you bring the revs up the wideband comes into play. I'd turn off the O2 sensor and block learn (if not yet off) and start by dropping the idle VE areas by quiet a bit as it's running 8:1 in that area.

Ive just started doing road tests and ive gotten it to the point where the afrs are sitting fairly well before i get into boost but once i get into the 90-100 and higher kpas it just flatspots and backfires like crazy and the afrs go crazy im not sure if this is a spark issue as i havent played around with spark yet or something else any advice would be great thanks

Once you get into boost you would reduce timing as boost climbs.

Where are the AFR's before it goes crazy? Is it trending lean or rich before it goes off the charts?
