Yes, the build date shows it's CheckBuild #86.

I've noticed PCM Hammer display 0.20V a few times when I've had the VT connected to usb but not yet connected to the obd2 port. IIRC, it keeps that value even after connecting to the car/bench unless I re-initialize device

It makes sense that would be it. I would have had it initialize a thousand times while not being connected to power on the obd port.

That would make total sense. Since voltage does not get checked again after initialization.

Although I am BRAND NEW to this world and this forum, I wanted to add to this thread specifically that the P04 PCM must have been in the 2.2L sonoma and S10's because that is what I've got here.

As you can see, the OS ID is different from the ones that you have been talking about as it is a 9392795. This is incredibly irritating because it always seem that when I delve into a project, everyone else that is doing the same thing I am, seems to just run into a very common issue and there are fixes for that, however, I always seem to run into the oddball ones to which no one has NEVER run into.

I have tried to use PCM Hammer with it and it doesn't seem to have the right unlock key which is what you guys must have been talking about for the last 12 pages. I attempted to download the zip file that is in this thread to rectify the situation but I have no idea how to add any of that code into it so if there was a thread somewhere that I could read up on to try and add that in, that would be fantastic. I will attach some pictures of what I run into so that you guys have it for your own records. Greetings by the way!

I've PM'd you a test version. Can you please test and let me know if it unlocks?

This is a direct fault of the P04 OsID mess!

That is a P08, not a P04 ...

On the PCM connector flange, is the color code BLACK!

Yes, the second connector underneath the blue connector is Black. Guess it's a P08, but all I'm saying is when I run PCM hammer, it says P04. I am working on testing that application you sent me Antus.

Antus, attached you will find the results of me trying to use that version of PCM Hammer to unlock the P04 in question. I included a snip of what I got and a complete debug log.

I know for a fact it is a P08, the Hardware Number (16268310) is P08, it is not going to work as a P04 ... PERIOD!

Give me a few minutes and I'll PM you a test build that will no doubt read that PCM!
