Do you have a multimeter that you could measure the output that goes to A5 with the engine off and reading 22.4?

Would be interesting to see what voltage you are getting, I just measured mine and have 5.2V on the WB output going to the ECU

The MTX-L Manual States on Page 2
http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/supp ... al_1.1.pdf

: Analog output one (yellow) is
0V = 7.35 AFR and 5V = 22.39 AFR.

ADX CALC

(((22.39-7.35)/255)*x)+7.35

Working range of wideband = 15.04
Count Range 0-255 for 0-5volt

15.04 / 255 = 0.0589803921568627 AFR per Count

+7.35 Starting AFR @ 0Volts

Problem is you can't really alter it properly because the pcm will still only accept 0-5v input so all you can do is offset it on one end and you will just be cut short on the other. Because if 0counts isn't 0.00volts then most likely 255 counts isn't 5.00volts either.

Probably the easiest method is 7.35 on the guage, read the counts change the green counts to what you are getting. (((22.39-7.35)/255)*(x-0))+7.35

will dig up the programming lead for the WB this weekend and see what can be played around with in its settings

Will also try your suggestion of taking a reading at 7.35 and try the modification to the calc to see how it goes

i havn't checked on an innovate because they still give you a serial cable but my 14.7 has usb and didn't really have any voltage settings, but you could change the output AFR range, i slimmed mine down as didn't really need below 10 or above 17 which gives you more resolution.

17-10=7/255=0.0274509803921569 AFR per Count.

I've got my programming cable as well and I'll do the same- might narrow the far range also.

On a different note- how sensitive is the O2 sensor cable into the controller/gauge to electrical noise from being in close proximity to a amp power cable?

You can set the innovate WB to output a fixed a voltage for testing. Just need to trick it by making the 7.35 point the same voltage as the 22.39 point - can make it any voltage between 0-5V to test how linear it is over the range. Use TP to log the PCM while changing the MTX-L using the LM programmer software.

we're still stuck with serial cables though!!!

VL do you use the serial cable with an adapter? my lappy doesnt have serial port (other than usb) would u think any issues would arise if i was to use the following adapter:
