well did a couple a three runs in the low 11's on 17psi 11.2 being the best then cranked boost tee far to far after it jammed up and went well off the 30psi boost gauge made it to half track doing fine at god only knows how much boost LOL then it bloody spat the map hose off the barb on the intake and instantly wet to 103kpa and poof blew front cylinder on the passenger side head gasket obviously time for some cable ties LOL

So it blew coz it went to 103kpa on high boost? must of went real lean lol.

You could use those small spring loaded hose clamps, you know like these on your map and fuel ref hoses.

I used them on my vac hoses just because.

yeah sort of instantly dropped 2/3rds of the fueling while up over 30psi LOL plugs looked mint would of made it to the end if the hose didnt come off should of cable tied it ages ago.we need suspension before much else now it just cant hook the tyres and its getting hard to drive.used to just go foot flat and hold it cant do that now LOL

couple of skids and passes incar 3rd gear punishing the M/T drags LOL

after 5 years of avgas it needed pulled down to remove the lead anyway we have been slowly increasing compression with lead was 1mm thick on the quench pads that arnt right above the piston quench area outside the dish LOL

lol, but you getting good squish area if you leave the deposits on the pistons.
