There's 2 versions if people arn't aware, 0280155931 is 26LB @ 3.5bar and 0280155890 is 24LB @ 3.5bar, both are identical from the outside apart from the numbers, the 931 will be 24LB @ 3.0bar.
Most of the idle issues with large injectors are down to poor injector quality and incorrect low pulse width adder settings, newer injectors these days are alot better controlled at lower pulse widths, unless there so big you inject to much fuel at the lowest pulse width. The only thing is with bigger injectors they mist the fuel less and less so complete atomization and port wetting become more of an issue. So yeh only go as big as you need will help with data error and fuel consumption.

Re: Vlad's rides thread
Could it be worth fitting a 3.5 bar reg? Would a VT reg fit up the the VR rail?

That's great. 931 will be the right ones then and not be fire hoses like the EV1 style VP normally run.

Re: Vlad's rides thread
would it bolt to an earlier v6 rail ?
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

The receptacle for the later reg is about 30mm dia and the reg is just the guts of it and the receptacle is the casing which is built into the rail.
early V6 regs are the same as a 5L one, fitting with a 14mm o ring.
chalk and cheese.
