Nah, wasn't me. Just thought that it is likely that someone from here would have, as there aren't too many playing with these old boat anchors that aren't on here. LOL

you know what would be great, if there was oversize pumps. Then any used cover could be fly cut and reused with correct tolerances.

Only problem I see is that if they make them these days, they'll be made in china anyways, and quality would be crap. Pysolent's idea to weld and re machine sounds like the go. Any reason why it won't work?

I better idea would be to fly cut the inner face fraction deeper to clean the surface and outer housing oversize. Then sleeve the outer housing to correct dia. Then fly cut the outer face utill correct depth is achieved.
