No.

It is most likely Tuner Locked!
Meaning the Key has been changed, it no longer follows the GM formula to unlock.

Your choices are few, trying known possibilities or Brute Forcing it!

Somewhere in this program is the ability to enter a User Defined Key manually, try 0x0000 or 0xFFFF or the Seed (0x533D).

0x0000, 0xFFFF and 0x533D do not work. is there another way to find out?

Are there programs to find the key?

Have a look in the upper right where your login name is displayed you will see a Magnifying Glass Icon ... Click on it and type,
Brute Force
then select Search! ;)

Very interesting. When I start the brute forcing immediately comes the message, ECU unlocked.

Is this true or is the program not compatible?

error with problem with seed request too short
trying again

What j2534 device are you trying to use??

Have you tried enabling debug? Does that give you any extra information?

If your still stuck and don't mind being a bit of a guinea pig I compiled a slightly different version to give more feedback on the vin and seed request to see what your getting for an answer and upped the default timeouts slightly. Would love a screenshot of you trying it.. Are you trying this on a bench? or in car?
