we have +12v at the injector.
what we don't have is injector pulse.

I know on the V8's the signal needs to be abive a certain voltage. You can have a weak signal and get spark but no injector pulse.

.......k so the DFI module operates independently and will provide spark irrespective. more digging needed.

Be good to be able to borrow one. But providing the wiring is good it looks likely the cause.
I've had it on V8's a few times. Spark and no fuel. Fit another sensor in the dissy and away you go.

I used to have the values somewhere but id never find them.

if your getting spark then its probably not the CAS.....

but that doesn't rule out the dfi module, or the wiring from it to the ecm.

do you have any gear to allow you to data log, see if there's an rpm trace when cranking ?

another thought too, try another ecm, might have blown injector drivers in this one ?
