the motor you have has variable inlets only then, so you can probably look and see if you can put the inlet cam gears on the exhaust, then it will be no variable, then assuming you can get a module to read the crank trigger i cant see why it wouldn't work.
they are a returnless fuel system but i reckon you'd be able to put a fitting on the end of the rail to sort that out.
i've seen a VZ with 12psi and e85 running 450hp at the wheels with a beefed up 4l60e!
the only real issue with them is the one piece timing cover, means if you need to change comp = head mods or pistons other than that goot strong bottom end and all alloy with good flowing heads!

with engine work and boost you will see some big numbers. These engines are capable of revving over 9k with some work so its easy to make big numbers.
The Cadillac race spec engine makes 600hp with twin turbos and 18psi iirc.

There's 1 here its the later model with exhaust manifold built in the heads went 750rwhp

It's bigger and taller than a buick need more trimming before the bonnet will shut but it's in there
