It seems to be the aldl plug loom under the steering wheel.
It should be an easy fix

Re: First time user aldl kit
Hi
I've probed each wire with a pin and used a multi meter on the beep test to check for wire fracture.
I'm able to peel back the tape insulation as far back as the metal bracket that the cover under the steering wheel hindges to.
At this stage I've been unable to find exactly where the fracture or faulty connection is.
Cheers

not in the plug itself ? like a pin not touching properly ?
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

I had the plug terminals out one by one, to test them and the lengths of wire they're attached to.
Maybe it still could be the plug / ends
It seems to be when I wiggle or twist the under steering wheel aldl loom that it either corrects it self, until it moves slightly then its got errors / stops working until it connects again.

yeah its going to be a bitch to trace, intermittant issues always are, but your heading in the right direction thats for sure!
i once had an OBD plug that when you pulled the plug to one side it would work, it was a pin not quite touching all the time.
