id like to give it a go one day though, connect a blower or air compressor on one end of a clear pipe and setup the injector.

I don't think it would give you the same representation as a sonic pressure wave you get during an induction cycle.

perhaps a viewing window added into a buick intake will give you the best view. Their runners are a straight shot to the back of the valve

yeah that's right, even if you see a small difference at low air speeds, you know its only going to be much much more at higher speeds.

nothing to much has changed at the moment, just a few minor things

Im now also using an industrial cleaner which is food safe grade, it doesn't harm metal or plastics but will remove grease and carbon, it's also designed for heated ultrasonic cleaners. Im now also cryvacing injectors and have a petroleum based anti corrosion liquid to use so they can keep on the shelf for potentially years and years without seizing or rusting.

I am looking at cutting some side feed rails up so i can do side feed injectors, i will also fit a coolant temp sensor to the fuel tank so i can see fuel temps. Pretty much happy with the setup now, repeatable reliable results and process is down pat. Can also replicate factory deadtime data which is nice so it will help provide data for unknown injectors in the future.
