Currently testing a new injector same as the fomoco ones but a different part number, received a test sample, test results are good, 6 hole spray and yet to get photos but no garden hose, i would compair it to bosch quality of that flow rate. I will be ordering a some more and do some flow matching and deadtime testing. All going well they would workout somewhere around $300 mark for a flowmatched set of 6, so in the deka price range. Only issue so far is that they are slightly sorter so would need small extenders on some rails and they have the same EV14 connector.

750cc 71LB @ 3bar
840cc 80LB @ 3.5bar
915cc 87LB @ 4.0bar

that's pretty good, and if they have 6 hole they must have a much better spray pattern than the dekas!

I got big G to buy a set of fomoco that are ev1 connnector and standard length, 6 hole and 60lb at 3.5 bar.

Will try to dig up a link later for them. They also had a slight extended nozzle, perfect of unshrouded injection for l67 heads or any application really.

My bad they are the uscar connector. Listed as Bosch 0280158279 but from my research they are supposedly fomoco. 52lb at 3 bar or about 60 at 3.5.

Fomoco is ford racing so could be used in mustangs, FPV or the like, so they can use any injector just like normal ford or gm would. Those 40LB ones i have been using and testing for a while are denso but were use by fomoco.

I am trying to avoid bosch as you dont know what your getting, especially when paying less they end up not genuine or are drilled, these denso injectors are the only injectors ive not seen drilled or modified apart from people removing the caps as the market is small not huge like bosch, they are just as good in control and spray and the prices are half that of know good bosch's.

At the end of the day it's down to testing and finding good supply, part numbers and suppliers mean nothing and manufacturers give nothing away as they dont want the counterfeit or drilling market to exist. Im hoping this model of injector is the goods as 70 - 80lb injectors would be ideal for 90% of applications and hopefully they handle well down low like the 40LB ones did so they can be used in low HP N/A's as well.

Also alot of fomoco or ford injectors will have a V spray rather than oval, this may affect AE/DE and how the fuel mists and atomizes depending on intake design. GM usually always use oval spray. Either injector type could be a good or a bad thing depending on the setup.

here's this denso injector, part numbers are 12594512 which is a GM number and denso is 063078720 there appears to be 2 versions of this injector, 36lb which is 4 hole and this one. But pretty much no info around about it, i have a set of 6 on the way which i will fully test and see if these are indeed OEM or Factory Denso.

Have been testing a new Denso injector on a turbo ecotec for the last couple of weeks with good results, the injector needs a 14mm extender and a loom gender changer from Denso plug, it's a nice 12hole output, it's 81LB @ 3.5bar, pics below. Have just flowed a batch which i will put up on ebay, prices are very good.

I have so far done testing in the one car, they fit perfect in ecotec manifold, i have done the deadtime testing also so the data comes with the injectors, i have a set of flow matched 6 and 8 see flow sheets attached, with 14mm extenders and adapters for either ev1 or ev6. For pcmhacking members they would be $295 and $360 i have someone getting back to me on the set of 8 no one yet on the 6, if these dont sit to long i will think about making more sets up.
