That setting is actually only used when there is a VSS fault, normally looks at the delta RPM from target along with VSS pulses, battery voltage and TPS.muttley383 wrote:Just a novice question, is the idle max map setting setting " Scaler: IAC Params - Maximum MAP load limit".
I assume this setting is normally raised with aftermarket camshafts. What are the symptoms if this setting is left oem with a larger camshaft installed?
