The ignore item is called "ESC - Ignore Knock Count vs RPM". Use the knock logging feature so it fills the tables "ESC - Knock Count Logging 20-100kPa" and "ESC - Knock Count Logging Boost 100-200/300kPa" to see what peak counts are really happening and when (its much faster than what you see when logging).

For the wideband firstly you need to know what the wideband 0-5V analog output is setup for (ie what voltage relates to what AFR), then in the bin the 0v and 5v values are entered in "VE Learn Params - WideBand 0v AFR" and "VE Learn Params - WideBand 5v AFR".

for 14.7 gear its 10 and 20 AFR. But having said that, it can also be inaccurate depending on where you are getting the power from. I tried from out near the battery as it was a temporary install with poor results. The ecu, I think, was seeing AFRs over 1 point wrong. I'd be interested to hear what others think, but it'd be inclined to tap the power close to the ecu at the loom and use the ecus sensor ignition power and gnd for the 14.7 main circuit, and digital power and ground for the heater pump circuit. This is on my to do list, I havnt found the right pins for this yet, but Im fairly sure the ecu is powered that way... If you figure it out, post up the pins please  :afro:

when i was testing my innovate MTX-L i saw like .05 difference at the most, my car has the grounds all in the same spot in the cabin and the ecu power and wideband power all come off the same point but are switched through a relay etc, it seems to work well this way. that said this is in the gemini which had no wiring in it when i got it so thats a bit different to a normal car.

My wideband plugs in to the ciggie lighter lol. I do it that way because I plug it in to different cars all the time, it seemed pretty close compared to the dyno wideband.
iv dropped the timing and set the wideband voltages added some more fuel in spots and smoothed the timing and fuel charts, turned the knock logging on (even though I don’t know how to use it) yet)
Also had a play with the waste gate, lined up the rod a bit better, set the preload on the close, checked the waste gate operating pressures and ported the waste gate hole bigger and smoothed all the edges into the waste gate hole. Hoping to see some controlled boost next time lol. Even worked out how to use the whole table modifier thing.
im pretty sure it faulse knock as its not even at 50% throttle, the afr was pretty good on my wideband with only 8deg advance and just hitting boost with already 7 deg knock retard

Your still posting up 64k files, and 12p is 32k. If they are stacked, then the lower tune is what TP5 is going to edit if you load the bin directly, and the upper tune is what the car is going to use, and what will be changed when your realtime tuning. Beware of that if your editing offline. Otherwise, sounds good. It could just be my wideband that is crap. Hopefully i'll find some time to rewire it this weekend and if its still out, I think i'll replace it with an mtx-l. What type is yours? Mine is a naw-7s.

Yes its stacked, i couldnt get it working with just offsets. So when editing how do i make sure im wrecking/fixing the right one? So currently iv edited only 1 and its the wrong one? Should i split them for editing then re-stack? Mines a 14point7 diy kit.

if you want to edit it in front of your pc when not connected to the car, read the bin with the flash tool (it'll get a 32kb file) edit that offline and do a write cal to upload it back to the car. The ecu will put it in the right place on the nvram (the upper 32kb of the 64k chunk it's looking at). https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... p?f=3&t=82

You can do the same thing with TP5, but the read will not include the code area. This is fine for calibration editing, but it wont be a complete bin if you were to need to start from scratch for some reason (if this was needed, then you'd chuck your previous 128kb starting point bin on the nvram, then upload the calibration over ALDL).
