Just to confirm, are you using a V8 memcal with the emulator?

Yeah mate, is the original memcal for the ecu just with a 28 pin cradle soldered in place of the eprom.
Been in and running fine for ages until this time of pulling the engine out and a couple of basic mods from how it was before.

Still no good.
This has got me stuffed. I pulled 10 out of the ve table and no difference, change the AFR table to 24.7 and no difference.
I have no error codes and have rechecked all the wiring etc and nothing.
Fuel pressure is now at 45psi.
I have never in my life had-seen a car run this rich, even with a set of 650 double pumpers sitting on top of a tunnel ram with fuel running out the float adjusting nuts.
Any other ideas thats not the tune side of it that I can check and may have over looked.

worst come to worst you should be able to run the old tune on 24's without any changes they arnt overly big and many people run them on stock tunes

Tried that and still ran rich.
It's like nothing I do is making ANY difference at all. I have thrown stupid figures into the tune out of desperation and still nothing
When i'm saying rich i'm meaning covering my front yard in black smoke in a matter of about 5 seconds.

Is the bin running, can you log it? Get it to flash codes? It'll usually piss smoke and run crap if if its failed to boot completely and is on the backup resistors. I'd be checking everything is hooked up right, everything is making good connection etc etc. I reckon you have something physically wrong with the hardware or the emulator setup isnt right. That would explain why your changes make no difference.
