well I need a fair bit of modification/fabrication to a rear sub frame on a VW type 3.

I will need to pull the existing frame out of the car, and hire some IRS jigs from QLD to set the IRS pivot box positions.

there is cutting, splicing and mods to allow to add beetle style kaffer cup bars (bracing bars) as well as adding sway bar mounting points.

Its a considerable project which I don't have the skills for.

Also do you do any body work, cutting and replacing sections? That is not so important but would handy for my VP

Sorry mate but I don't have much spare time as I've got 2 young kids, if it was Somthing quick and easy like a surge tank or similar no dramas, bit hard to sneak that in to work as well ! If you don't mind paying I can find out if my mates brother still does that stuff in Wallan ? You may have seen his car around, orange 1 tonner with blown big block hanging out of bonnet

fair enough. yeah I don't mind paying.

very hard to find a good welder fabricator out here. You do have them here but their weld standards are rubbish and charge top dollar.

I nearly shit brix when one 20 years experience boiler maker told me the "correct" way he welds and repairs car bodies.
