Ok checked codes, just does 12 over and over which means everything is all good

I'm thinking the retrofitted supercharged pump setup has failed even though it still primes as there is nothing coming out in the bay, will jack up and try after the filter shortly

What is strange is got no spark with a screwdriver shoved down a lead, which should be throwing a CAS or DFI code, unless it relies on there being fuel pressure

No spark wont nessesarily throw a code. If no spark at crank then thats the problem. It should spark even if there is no computer plugged in. Dfi, power to dfi and cas is all you need to get cranking spark.

I had a VT that did just that. No code cranked and no spark. Turned out to be a relay. Try swapping one I am not sure which one it was but have a look in the fuse box and see what you have.

also a lot of CAS issues I've seen the CAS code is only usually set after a failure, then if you turn it off and back on its gone!

but no fuel in the bay is also a worry!

Done DFI/Coils from running to no success

Pump sounded kind of loud, undo fuel line off filter put into a bottle and prime it... no fuel

So must be something dicked with the mix and match i did between the ecotec and l67 setup... tank out again yay

What did you mix n match, didn't you just put the whole fuel module in?

Nah broke one of the mounts removing the one from the donor car, so it was the l67 bottom half into the eco top half

I have a brand new module on order

Think i found the problem. The 2nd injector from the front on the passenger side has pulse at the plug but makes no difference whether its plugged in or not

sounds like you might have a dicky injector or dodgy spark on that cylinder!
