I can get the car to run ok. I have the tune set for a 3 bar map sensor which seems to be set right. I have tried it with the factory map sensor and it idles the same. When I first start the car, it runs smooth as silk for about 4 seconds then as the revs come down, it starts running rough and lumpy. Timing is erratic. When it ran smooth upon first starting, timing was stable and good. Does anyone have any hints as to tuning with 60lb injectors?
Thanks again!

if you calculate the injector constant correctly it should run with jus that changed and the correct map sensor and flag set for it if its to rich adjust the injector bpw correction table at whatever MS range its running in last one i did with seimens 60's it just fired and ran just like stock injectors

ok with the 3 bar adx flickering, that sounds like an echo setting thats not right ... check the echo settings in the 3bar one compared to the 1 bar on that is working.
ok, when your changing the map sensors over are you changing the calibration to suit the right sensor ?
have you changed the injector rate at all to suit the different injectors ?

If someone wants to take a look at my tune, it would help me nicely. I did just add some fuel to the main ve and it is idling reasonable now. But if someone can take a look it would be great
Sorry accidently added the log file, ignore that one

injector rate looks fine
what are the spark maps stock v6 ?
ummm .... you can't make the ve table that high and have it work properly if you have to adjust it that much then i'd suggest you need to change the injrate to a higher number

The VE table was just from the base tune which I used, I dont know what model it is actually from. Just for the exercise, i made the idle settings 70 and it idles reasonably well now. I just based the tune on the stock one in the 12P code, so im not sure if they are a stock V6 one or not

Whats the wideband showing? Def should not need 70% VE at idle, unless the injectors are smaller than you think. You have never ran the engine on these injectors before right?

This is the first time I have used the 60's on a V6. Normally use them on ls1's. I havent actually got the wideband hooked up yet, that is my next challenge to try and hardwire that into the ECM. I would like to base the tune on a stock V6 cal file

my 39lb i had to add BPW to the injector correction table or it was way lean at cruise if i adjusted the injector size till it was good at cruise it was way rich at wot so i knew it wasnt my injectors seems the bigger you go sometimes they need more opening time down low PW's like they open slower
