Hey Vlad your lucky. In NSW they have to be at least 30 years old. I have a lovely VR BT1 SS that I am trying to hold onto (wife doesn't know it yet) waiting for club plates. I also have a early 1978 Lancer with big mods I am looking at swapping over. Our rules for modified club plates is fairly simple. An engineers report and a blue slip and processing the paperwork.

yeah same here with the engineering side but engine mods beyond the modified vehicle guide lines of 20% more output or capacity needs engineering, just emissions testing really if its not over the top like a 800hp engine.

yeah they are looking at changing to 30 years but won't happen any time soon according to the president of the scheme for vic who happens to be in my club. So Im safe for both VPs, the VP S I can put on club in a few weeks actually.

I'm a Holden man through and through but those XE V8 Fords were a nice vehicle in their day.
