VR V6 Not starting

Sounds like vats is not disabling or ecu has no power you will get spark and injector power even without the ecu plugged in .if you are getting check engine light on ignition ecu is at least powered up

PCM seems to have power as I got bin file via OSE flashtool and usb aldl.

I didn't think VR had VATS?

It's a kalmaker w21 $11 bin file & I dont have xdf to tell if vats is on or off?
Would anyone have w21.xdf available?

If the battery has been disconnect you must leave the key on with reds for approx a minute so the kalmaker security will pass, but Once done once the car will operate as normal.
Have you done this ?as it catches a lot of people out.

Just checked this as well, left for 3-4 mins and still no start.
