just as a side note, that wire along with the fan wire are in the grey connector on the drivers side of the engine (plugs into the loom near the battery on a commodore)

The fuel pump is now working through the ECU

Now in reg to the EFI - is it normal that both wires on a injector have a positive ? I tested to see if it was getting a pulse and was surprised when both wires lit up the test light.

I believe the ECU grounds out the injectors to make them deliver fuel, so 12v on both sides when not running is correct.
