RTLS1 with LS1 Boost OS

They go by many names, P01, P10, P12, P59, E38, VPW, '0411 etc.

Yes hard ware ( PCM's P01 and P59) are different inside. What size is your bin file you wish to use?

I wanna stay on cable throttle but I heard that 1mb gives more freedom with different firmware
I have 0411 and right now my buddy gives me 12583669 TBC from 2004 astro van but he dont wanna sell it to me (((
I thought that maybe I can change flash into 0411 buying the same or similar chip (have not read datasheets yet) -I thought if P01 and P59 interchangeable they should be similar inside and it will be no big deal to change chip (I have experience with replacing chips)
Now it looks that I should buy p59 first cause no way I can adapt p59 firmware to p01 even I will replace oem chip to bigger one

I'm rebuilding my engine with a longer stroke and a new cam. This tool sounds like it would be pretty handy to have when I'm breaking it in so I can tune it without having to shut it off. Will this work on the express van p59s that work with DBC? Does this tool have the ability to command the rpm like a tech 2 can?

I am not familiar with the Express van. If it is using a P59 PCM and a 12587603 bin then RTLS1 would be compatible with the Express van.

If you wanted to hold the engine on a particular RPM like bedding in a cam, the RTLS1 would be capable of doing this by adjusting the idle RPM cut-off speeds.
