Its not where they're made, its if they're the real thing or not. Haltech have quality control. Ebay does not. You pay for the brand because you have an assurance it does what its meant to and some recourse if there is a problem. And what you're paying for is their time to do the research, find the right supplier, test the goods etc and if a bad batch does come in to swap it out and fix it.
