fitted the Y pipe for the extractors this morning, and warmed her up. runs quite well with the VT injectors in there.
no leaks, runs quite well overall really, very pleased

carpet is in and the seats are in too
put the auto shifter on wrong. oops. so now it works better

oh and more fluid helped too

my power steering pump is stuffed and is leaking. doesn't seem to be doing much, steering is very very stiff.

oh vlad - how are they in wrong? i've not taken them out in the years i have had this actually, so i'm interested why they are wrong?

They are set with less caster and more positive camber on yours, 2 things that go against handling.
rotate the passenger one anti clockwise one position, drivers side clockwise one.
They may have been set like that to get the camber closer to the tire wear limits as each car is different in the tower position. Ultimately adjustable ones are the go but you can move the stock ones around.
