Are you going GTX3582R, GTX4088R or big boy GTX4294R (smaller .94R FTW)?

Yep, gtx3582r with a 1.06 rear. Bolts in place of of the current gt3576r and good for the power levels of what I want for now without the lag. Lots needed to make proper use of the big boy turbos!

That's gonna be perfect for the 4.0LTR! hats off to you mate. Its one sweet ride! Cant beat the colour too! One of the best Holden had, along with Tuxedo Black of course... :)

Got the fuel pump speed control finished, potted and installed. Made two so have a spare. Its a plugin module, pump running at 2KHz PWM for control.

Installed a 2 Bar LS1 style MAP Sensor in the same spot as the Delco style. Similar size barb fitting so can still use a hose instead of the manifold mounting as on a factory LS. Hopefully no offsets from heat now the dodgy Chinese 2 bar copy is in the bin!

And changed over to E85 :punk: Well E78 for now  Drained what I could from the tank and put in 20L.

Did that, changed the cranking tables and inj rate over for a quick test coz I am too impatient to do it properly. Fired right up! First turn of the key after sitting for the last month. The AE needs a heap of work, might be better warm but cold its terrible now.

there is some petrol left in the tank I recall reading some pages ago. That would account for the 78% ?

Thanks fellas.

Its United E85. Smells like a race car now

Drained the tank by just using ALDL mode 4 and fuel pump on, had the return line at the tank to an empty can (quick connect on the flex sensor made this easy!). There was still some U98 left in the tank, so chucked 5L of E85 in and pumped that out the same way to clear the lines and rail etc. Added 20L of E85 in to get where it is now. Will have to be better than 80% once I fill the tank fully. Wanted to test the corn content straight out of the jerry but its not simple to get a sample to the sensor, Id say it would have been pretty close to 85% though.
