could be varnished injector and stuck. Had this happen so may times its not funny.

2nd engine, sits a few weeks after being removed from running car. Install......... Wont start........... Injectors all stuck except sometimes one or 2 still ok.

Yeah the donor car sat for over a year, it ran fine before i pulled it and put it in the Wagon though

Got a full rail with 6 injectors in it but they look manky as hell from obvious rocker cover leak on the car they are off

Will most likely get a o-ring kit before i go to the trouble of throwing 1 in the Wagon

So much pain with this conversion ha ha

Got spark at lead, injector plug has pulse, swapped injector out and still nothing on that cylinder.

I've also had 3 l67s come to me with missing problems and one of the rockers has been lying inside.

You read my mind delcowizzid!!! Compression test was good!!! Which made me scratch my nuts a bit more

So i swapped the coil packs between each other and the miss moved to a different Cylinder (Remember i changed these trying to diagnose the fucked injector)

Then it fired on all 6, so i replaced the 6&3 coilpack with one of the originals and put the 4&1 back and she is all sweet now

Moral of the story 2 fucked coil packs and a fucked injector and the hesitation it had before from the start has now gone with the addition of a proper NOS GM supercharged pump module from tttperformance

haha nothing worse than replacing everything and then replacing them again and fixing the issue LOL or swapping everything and then the last part fixes it

Totally agree, so in short 4&1 was rooted on the original set and 6&3 on the 2nd set, both were running before removed lol

The only thing that went smoothly was the fucked injector, i got a full rail full and used the same one that was rooted on mine and it was the only thing that didn't straight up fail!

Bonus is now my mrs is finally happy, downside is i have advertised my VX R8 15th Anniversary (the only factory manual i've ever seen - if anyone wants such a rare car PM me) to buy a 2nd wagon so its not so hard with the kid stuff if one is off the road again

Thinking vacuum or injector issue, yay for me!
