The excellent condition, case, and manual was what convinced me to purchase it. There are a few on ebay but not in as good condition, no case, and no manual. It was to good to pass up. Now I just need to sort out extra cartridges and the VR-VS connector.

I worked at the local Ford/Nissan/BMW/Range Rover/ Chery dealership and never saw one. They had a Consult but not a Tech 1.

ahh ok, dad just said to me that the nissan dealership near his (he had GMH) had a tech 1 and they use to swap the 'cards' occasionally, so i guess maybe only a few had them

I've no doubt the larger dealerships had them but the ones I've been at (3 in 2 states) didn't. Small town dealers sent the car to the local Holden dealership to get checked and report back. The one I am near here I really don't know what they did but we had an apprentice with a Pulsar and he needed help so I showed him what pins to jump cause they didn't have one.

Yep with the 808 style ECM.
Didn't Nissan Australia also sell the N13 with the Nissan engine?

Yep they sure did and I would say every Nissan dealer had one

The Toyota dealer I worked for in SA didn't even have 1 and they sold a few Lexcens.
