It also took a lot longer to read due to failures - wondering if the resistor trick would help. I'm surprised at how unstable the P12b read was compared to the P12 I have.
Sure is, tested and confirmed when we added support for the 2Mb chips in pcmhammer. My p12b arrived last week. A couple of us now have one in hand. 07 models, service number 12602010.
anyone else have this issue were trying to read an entire pcm its file is 0Kb?.
im using the obdx Pro GT with the usb lead i can connect to it fine read the details etc ok but when i try to read the entire pcm it saves the file as 0Kb. i have only had it read successfully once so not to sure if it something ive done or not as seems to very straight forward program.

Can you please post or PM me a debug log ... Results logs are useless for diagnostics, they provide little information.
Not that it's going to change anything, but there is a New TEST Version you could use to read with: I would wait to write important things yet, but it's looking good so far!

The OSID is not recognised. Probably in a future version of pcmhammer we'll get the size from the flash chip definition instead of the osid definition (which doesnt exist, hence 0 bytes). But at this stage, that's not how it works.
