yeah I've heard a few dyno operators check age of tyres and top speeds for this very reason, good to see no major injuries though!

We had an arsehauler 304 on the dyno once and my mate pointed the rear tyres to me and they had squashed down to about 20mm side profile on the rollers so I decided it was time to watch from a distance. Scary.

Hi all,

I'd love some feedback on this E85 tune Vlad and I have been playing with. I think that there
is not enough timing in the high load area. Old tune had more (36deg) and ran premium with years of ping free opreation, but this is what we got as MBT?...

log number three is without the plenum lid spacer, there was almost no difference in power or torque ;)

timing is probably fine being that a buick will take around 28 before no more worth while gains are to be had.ecotec has a more efficient chamber design

How much timing do you ru on normal petrol delcowizzid? I done one for a mate a while ago think I peaked at 22. Was a bit hesitant to put much into it.

first thing i'd say is, from 5200rpm onwards i'd increased the 100kpa VE's to about 90 :P

i can't see anything specifically wrong with it other than that!

as for timing, whatever makes the most torque has to be pretty close to the right spot!
