have a look at this file and compare it to a stocker to see whats been changed ... it is $12P but will give you an idea what you need to do it right .... vlad might also be able to chime in, as he is running this file and has refined it from road testing so might have some more info on what works best.

Its the same mods I do to a tune to run methanol, but I haven't really tested E85 other than a start up in the shed, I did use it some years back but lost a lot of power over methanol so went back to methanol... and progressed it rather than E85.

hey guys went to the dyno today to pu a tune onto this thing and couldnt get it to live tune or data trace on tp5 im not sure whats causing the problem so did a bit of tuning by using the rpm speed and map kpa to tune a bit of the top end but it was like shooting a gun blind folded but ive gotten it from 360hp from when it came in to 400hhp in defiantly im deciding to go to a link or some form of after market ecu im not sure yet i need to find a way to get this to opperate smoothly or just start again so im not chewing up money for nothing over all its been a pretty shitty day :typist: :comp:

uploading my bin just for a record as my laptop died and im currently my gf's one and she may want it back etc

Link, motec, delco, gold plated space shuttle ECU .... all are going to be the same result with seemingly just random changes. From a quick squiz at the bin difference from a stock CAKH have noticed a heap of major things wrong...
Do you really need closed throttle VE?
The coolant advance table is all messed up.
Injector bias add-on and opening times, are these set to match your injectors?
Cold engine AFR table all set to a flat 9.7 AFR?
Every value in the Lean cruise delta table set to 8.7?
VE table has 0 and the cell next to it 99.
The main AFR table is petrol AFR, most others are E85 numbers.

Take away the necessary E85 and injector changes. Need to alter about 6 other tables to have this running sweeet.

yeah i realize theres alot of things that need to be changed that was supposed to be the plan for the dyno but when i got there to start tuning and making some adjustments it wont let me live tune it just upload failled every time but it would let me load a entire bin alot of those settings you mentioned im not entirely sure what there for im not very farmilliar with the software id really appreciate some explanation if its possible

closed ve is only set as it seems to be the only way it will idle i would love to force open loop though again im not farmilliar enough to attempt to use it

coolant advance is just copied from another bin as it was a bunch of 0s ans
d some 9s etc im not sure how to set it properly

cold engine afr again just a guess was planing on going over that again just again im not 100% sure what it should be on

lean cruise delta table not sure what it does i dont have lean cruise option selected as far as im aware?

the 0 n 99 on the ve table is one that i havent noticed to fix

the main afr table is set to petrol numbers to get it smoothed out and running better before swapping over to e85 numbers etc

basically i really need a run down of what some of these important features do but thats all irrelevant when i cant live tune the ecu anyway
