They go by many names, P01, P10, P12, P59, E38, VPW, '0411 etc.

It looks like you have modified it correctly but you have based your changes on pcmhammer 2 preview which uses the assembly kernel which is known not working on p12. Try putting the same changes in to the older 021 version which is still using the C kernel.

Thank you very much for your reply. I tried with version 021 as P12 1mb and I have the same problem, I don't know if trying as P12 2mb can change something or it is a useless attempt. From what I understand the problem is in the kernel upload.

Hmm ok. It looks like there is no response to the first large kernel upload packet. What j2534 interface is it? It could be that it cannot handle large packets and it isnt sending it to the pcm. If thats the case, that interface isnt compatible with pcmhammer. You can hack the app to set smaller max packet sizes as a possible work around too.

Interface is SM2... i have also AVDI, mongoose jlr, vas5054 and lauch j2534 but i can't find a way to make them work properly

sm2 should work. i have the older mongoose pro gm II and that does work. hmmmmm.

Are you trying in vehicle? If so you might need to make up a bench harness. Also if aftermarket radio or remote start you could try pulling the fuses/removing the data line wire from either one of those temporarily to see if that helps.

I also think sm2 is working fine. Unfortunately my mongosee is JLR, not GM.

About the app hack you trust in my abilities too much, i don't really know how to do that! :wall:
