It has not been defined in the XDF thats available. Its also different in the electronic autos and is no longer called PPK. Its now a ratio which is calculated using ... Ratio = (Tire Rev's Per Km x Diff Gear Ratio) * 28
EDIT: XDF has now been modified and can be found here

Ok tells me the ratio is 44134.00 when i open the bin is that right ? or do i just change it's value higher or lower if it goes from a 3.08 diff to a 3.79 ? and see what happens.

Yes 44134 is the standard value. Use the formula to work out the value you need...

Thanks for your help but me being a dumbass

it went straight over my head maths is not my strong point
44134.00 divided by 3.08 wich is a standard vr v6 ratio gives me 14329.22077922
if i x that by 3.79 it gives me 54307.74675324 is that how i work it out .

seems this great thread was abandoned without any tweaking having been done, i found the GM 4L60E book here
http://www.scribd.com/doc/40008572/4L60E-GM which has diagrams similar to delcowizzids and a load more other stuff.
Other than Shift points i have tried changing desired shift point time around but didn't' seem to make any difference.
I have done some reading some people say the adaptive shift feature is bad and should disable it all and some say it's good.
I figure since feb 2010 someone would have done some extensive tweaking on this?

other than shift points i've played with shift times, also adjusted the line pressure v's kms etc and that in itself can make a stock box shift alot firmer!
can also change pressures for performance/normal modes too so i made mine normal untouched but performance mode firmer like a stage 1 shift kit!

so your talking like the 2nd,3rd,4th gear pressure offset vs tps? youve just raised the psi a bit?

Changing these does any gear (speed dependant)
Normal Mode - Force Motor Pressure (PSI) V's TPS & KPH
Performance Mode - Force Motor Pressure (PSI) V's TPS & KPH
and changing the other ones you mention is for certain gear and mode as per label for each item - BUT they are offsets, so that add or subtract from the main table (subtract via negative numbers)
