the two runs on the sheet were the runs today, Red one dropped 1deg of timing up top. Ive added the previous dyno sheet to the above post. Unfortunately didn't get torque printed on the last sheet.

Surely the dyno operator could have overlayed old run with new runs?

I know mine can even years after the runs!

yeh i might ring up and ask for a reprint. The old Torque figures should be stored to im guessing, so then should be a full comparison.

ok got another printout today, also i didn't pickup on the HP figure on the after rockers graph, it's the HP from the retarded run, so HP is actually higher! Here's before and after rockers correctly shown! So i gained 11.2HP

looks good mate :punk:
not a bad increase just for rockers and your tweaking to the tune
hanging to get mine on the dyno once I get the new auto in

havn't done much lately apart from working on my holidays lol, but did a few things so thought an update should be done. Fixed climate control back lights, installed oil pressure sensor and put new seals in the power steering housing. Still working on the gearbox, weather has cooled down from 40+ so back into the shed today, finishing pump rebuild and then start putting it all back together, have tons of photos to go through about 120 since last update and get up in the build thread.

bulbs were blown on the climate control, so replaced with some LED's i had from scraps, if you want to use LED's yourself try this awesome calculator to find the resistor size you need http://led.linear1.org/1led.wiz Also resistors have a wattage rating as there obviously absorbing energy and wasting it as heat.

After going for a drive oil pressure is in 64-80 range, mostly around 74, hot idle low 60's and WOT up near 80. Prob what's to be expected with near 300k on the clock? i have a new pump spring to install next oil change, will see how much it changes the pressure or stabilizes it, im told it should sit around 66 mark? I installed a T piece so i can leave the stock switch installed. The pressure sensor wires back to the 14point7 wideband controller, you can see the controller in the climate control picture, just press a button on the front to scroll through the inputs.

The top part of my power steering rack started leaking a fair bit, so bought a rebuild kit, rack has to come off to get enough room to work on it. Bit of a prick of a job just to replace seals but have put new ones in and cleaned everything up and isn't leaking now.

i'm sure my ecotec used to idle at about 30psi and got up to 60-70 flat out ??

Well i decided to pull out the VS/VT V6 Holden service manuals to see what they say.

Says 375Kpa or approx 54psi minimum above 1850rpm.

So obviously not a big deal at idle as long as there is some pressure. The pressure regulator works from about 60psi, so looks like the pump is working well to push 80 through at WOT or more likely because the spring is worn, so id say after spring replacement it should hold it back to 60's and 70's? Not a big deal im guessing.
