I ended up with 0.045 inj and it is idling well. With it at .040 it runs real lean. Yeah I will duck my head under the car soon then its first drive time with the cooler pipe connected :)

thats pretty good, i have seimens deka 80lbs and i had to change the injrate a bit from what the calc worked it out to be too ... but also i found varying info on the net about the specs, 80lb, 83lb, 850cc, 875cc etc so its likely you are never going to know for sure unless you get them flow tested.

do you have a memcal plugged in for the knock filter and a knock sensor or it will show knock anything off idle.if you have them look for the dump or crossover hitting the body
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Just gone for a few drives. I do have a memcal plugged in yes. This engine is pretty noisy and always was. I feel it has a valve train noise which is possibly what the knock is detecting. It would also explain why the car was always so slow. One thing I am having trouble with is when I am driving and back off the gas. The car goes completely lean and hunts. I have adjusted the ve table with fuel down low but it is going dead lean, off the scale of the wideband. For some reason it isnt getting fuel when I back off. The car idles and drives ok but as soon as you back off she leans out. Any ideas?

Thanks mate :) I will go for a drive soon and I will try to upload the log and file. I tried uploading a log before but because my TP5 wont save the log, it creates it as a temp log as a xdl file which i cant load as an attachment. Shoot me your email if you like and I will send it to you.

Here is a log and tune file. Not real pretty. Towards the very end of the file is a good place to look. I did notice in the adx file you sent that the boost gauge will only read to 99.7 on the dash screen. But if I look at it in the history table it does show boost to about 160kpa.
