What do you mean by scale injector rate for E85? It's just a calculation of injector size and engine capacity.

Just out of curiosity whats the difference between the ecu targeting 14.7 afr lambda 1 or 9.7 afr also lambda 1 but for e85?

E85 burns 1 lambda at a ratio of 9.6 and petrol burns 1 lambda at 14.7
E85 uses more for the same burn. That's why we've all been banging on about how lean you have this thing. These ECU's aren't set for lambda so the target AFR's need to be right.

Google some calculators there are plenty around. Compare different fuel types to the same lambda value. Gets interesting. Then google up on volumetric efficiency too that will help with tuning too.

Ok but if im tageting 14.7 and getting a wideband reading of 14.7 then im actually getting a lambda of 1 according to the widebame so therefore its not actually lean at all its just displaying it different from what i understand

Im just trying to wrap my head around what changes by asking the ecu to target a richer afr when the 02 sensor only reads lambda so wouldnt it be trying to achieve a far richer mixture than what it should be targeting?

What wideband you running? Can set tuner lr9 to read properly in the logs. I'll set your bin up for E85 and use a E85 ADX and it will be all sweet on the tuner pro side. Makes all the enrichments work better too. Are you running a gauge on the dash?

Im using a aem wideband with a Guage on the dash personally i prefer the petrol numbers there ones that i understand

You can have both ways, have your gauge in petrol or lambda. But at least set your bin for E85 and a proper injector rate.

Here's a BIN I've done up. Stock CAKH with E85 fuel. Correct injector rate to suit 1000cc injector's and 3800CC engine capacity.
Cranking fuel tables based off stock values, reduced for bigger injectors (or are they buckets?) then increased for extra volume for E85.
And set for 3 bar MAP sensor as your BIN was.

No VE or spark changes over stock. Only as above. Id log and change from here just low or off boost driving around the block and getting the VE right then work up higher RPM/ boost AE changes etc.

Look at changing the gauge read out I'm sure it could be done. Also does it have a feature to output a fixed AFR or voltage to help calibrate the PCM reading in tuner pro?
