the injector rate doesn't really change that much for petrol V's e85, e.g. petrol = .025 inj rate, and for the same settings of injector size and engine capacity changing injector rate to e85 = .024..... its a change but not massive, the real change is in the AFR's ...... BUT if you are running E85 and the tune is filled with petrol AFR's you will have had to have fudged the injector rate to allow it to be rich enough, ie. its probably about .038 instead of .025 ... 1.5 times different to what it should be.
i totally agree with Dylan, get the AFR tables setup for the fuel you are using and learn to tune to that number, its really not that hard, use the open loop AFR tables to see what your wideband is supposed to be seeing at certain load points, especially if your using CalcVE to make tune changes, or even easier in the monitor put target AFR and wideband AFR up and make sure their min/max are the same and they will then plot together, if they are close to each other then they are the same, but if not then those areas need work, the logging will do all the maths for you, you just need to punch the info into the VE table and then smooth it accordingly.
