Hi all, I've been doing a fair bit of reading of the tuning guide and also running the engine with TunerPro and I'm pretty much stuffed with the tuning side until this wideband is sorted out aren't I? Cheers

Yep

You need to know how much unburnt fuel is in the exhaust to be able to adjust the mixture to the correct value, just because you see 'afr commanded 13.2:1' doesn't mean that, that is actually happening.

you dont really need the wideband to make a start if you have a fresh narrowband sensor in the exhaust tune idle to round 800-900mv same with wot 850mv ish use BLM numbers to tune cruise areas if its drivable or target 450-500mv tuned for years with no wideband

pretty sure this car is in no state to leave the shed so theres not going to be too much you can do, but like delcowizzid said if you have a narrow band you can at least get the idle mixture in the ball park

Get a log and post it up. Get it warm and let it idle for a bit and pull some steady revs too.

Will do, thanks Dylan.

On another note I Finally received an email from Alan at 14point7. He reckons he shipped the controller a month ago and is checking with UPS. Hopefully it arrives soon.

I had a problem with Tuner Pro finding the hardware again after a drained battery, but hopefully attached is the correct file. I have found the history tables so should start being able to make sense of a few things that I have been reading about, including the 02 volts. If someone could have a look at the xdl file and see how things are going it would be great. Cheers.

If I am reading my data correctly I am averaging around 950mv at the moment, cheers.

yeah shes certainly probably on the rich side, if you look at it, when your giving it throttle the target AFR goes to 14.7, at that point it should be more like 400-500mv, so that areas certainly a bit rich.
