That's about 2MHz on a v8 isn't it?
Is the transistor maxed out, or is the coil becoming saturated at that point?
I'd prefer it read 0 _until_ 4k rather than the other way around!

im confused :?
4000 rpm on a 4cyl = 2 pulses per revolution = 8000 pulses per minute. divide by 60 gives 133.3 pulses per second = 133 hz
on a v8 double that to 266.6hz where does the mega hz come into it?

the wiring from the computer is all the same pins, but different model looms can have different colour wires.

Has anyone come across the plugs to interface with a d1927a on a vehicle avaliable in australia, just trying to save some time at pick-a-part, also what has been the general consensus on cutting the groves for the 6+1 trigger wheels just get into it with an angry grinder or is something a little more fine prefered

angle grinder will do the job fine but the main concern is accuracy of the cuts, if they are out a degree or two can give you a dodgy result (trust me i know)

This is diagram from my BRDS euro ecu that uses dis, it has a 60-2 triger and it is 4cyl.
