I think that it is in the $12P program that I have modified, I loaded the AWUY code in and ran fine but will check that I have all the links in the correct place
I am going to have a bit more of a look at the $12P code today, it runs ok but stutters on acceleration and has black smoke comming out the exhaust  , a good sign of overfueling :)

found out why the engine was running rich on the $12P tune, I had the wrong number in the hex offset and it was actualy running in limp home mode
Now have to go back to the original code and start again as I have changed a lot of settings to try and get it running leaner and now it is way to lean- can't wait till I can actualy log it and see what is going on

Lucky I kept a copy of the original $12P code that I Modded for the VN fitted it today and looks like I'm not far off the correct tune. IT sutters a little when cold but seems to run pritty good everywhere else

what tables do I have to look at to adjust the AFR when cold and do I have to increase the values or decrease them to make it richer when the engine is cold?
It is running ok once it has reached operating temp

Is it running poorly when cold only as you touch the throttle or the whole time?
