given the age of the files it would be a really old version not likely supported anymore by modern software, basically likely its non supported legacy by now. DWG extension is licensed from autodesk aka the makers of autocad back in 1982 and onward.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.
